Sacred Clay

• Use one packet of clay for a facial, a small poultice, or a foot bath.

Mineral Manna

• Add 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of the Mineral Manna to 8 oz. of water, and consume with or without food.

• Particularly enjoyable just before prayer or meditation, just before a bath, or in the early morning or afternoon, for calm, sustained energy, and just before sleep for an exquisite, deep night's sleep.

Sacred Bath

• Add entire contents to bath water. Soak 30 – 45 minutes.

• (Optional) Throw used bath water on your garden, yard or house plants to increase the health, vitality & nutritional content of your plants.

• Safe for both septic systems and city drains (in fact, both the humics & the clay enhance good bioogy and detoxification of chemicals in the septic or sewer).

Himalayan Salt

• Dissolve the salt in 8 oz. of water, making a salt brine solution (sole). Add 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons of the sole brine solution to each packet of Sacred Clay. Add only a few more drops at a time if needed to obtain the desired consistency for the application you are using it for.

• With the remainder of the sole brine, add ½ teaspoon of the brine solution to a quart of pure water and consume one or more times per day for minerals, electrolytes & hydration.

Day Calm & Deep Sleep

• Take 2-4 capsules ½ hour before retiring. For further instructions please refer to sample label.
